£18000 - £22000

Hours: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 5.30pm

My Client is recruiting for a permanent Conveyancing Secretary to join them near to Solihull.


Day to day duties will include the following:
Supporting the department with Conveyancing duties
Answering the phones and dealing with queries
Typing up of correspondence, documents, reports and letters
Liaising with Clients over the phone and face to face
Updating client records
Filing correspondence
Managing a busy workload

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
Previous Conveyancing Secretarial experience
An excellent accurate typing speed
Excellent administrative skills
Professional phone manner
Used to working to tight deadlines
