My Client is seeking an experienced Customer Service representative to join them on a temporary to permanent basis, working with their contact centre - temping for 12 weeks and then taken on permanently for the right person.
Day to day duties will include the following:
Working on a large corporate account
Dealing with general queries via phone and email
Updating various records
Working towards weekly targets
Dealing with inbound/outbound calls
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
Previous customer service experience ideally within a contact centre
Be used to making and receiving a high volume of calls
Have an excellent phone manner
