Customer Service Advisor

I am currently recruiting for a family owned company based in Droitwich. This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern company who are rapidly expanding. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a Permanent basis.

Day to day duties will include the following:
•The first and main point of contact for customers
•Managing your own day to day workload in line to SLAs, ensuring that all relationships are maintained
•Having knowledge of the business, it's services and products that they provide
•Logging customer complaints efficiently and accurately
•Supporting or covering other members of the end of contracts and customer service team where required or requested
•Accurately updating and maintaining information on the company systems

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
•Previous customer service experience
•High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency are key to this role
•Strong computer skills
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent organisational skills
In order to get to the location for this role you will need to be able to drive. They are looking to interview as soon as possible.
