Job Description

Hours: Monday-Friday (9am/10am-6pm)

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to join them at entry level, there is great scope for training and progression. They are an expanding manufacturing company and you will be working in a busy office/accounts environment.

Day to day duties will include the following:
Office administration including being the support to the Finance Manager and Despatch team.
Dealing with accounts including invoices and expenses using the Sage system.
Dealing with processing of both UK and International orders and ensuring information is entered onto the inhouse system correctly.

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
Strong Academic results (GCSE's & 'A'Levels) including core subjects
Further study support is available
Hard working and able to manage their time effectively
Previous knowledge of all Microsoft packages
