Hours: Full or Part Time Considered
Our client is a property development company who are seeking an all-round office and accounts assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.
Day to day duties will include the following:
Office administration including being the support to the PA
Meeting and greeting visitors
Dealing with incoming calls and directly to the correct person
Maintaining purchase ledger and entering bank payments onto sage system
Assisting with the Payroll
Assisting with monthly management reports
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
Previous experience within accounts
Currently studying or completed an accountancy qualification
Strong Administration abilities with excellent customer service abilities
Hard working and able to manage their time effectively
