Job Description

My client, a world leader in their field is recruiting for a Supply and Purchasing Administrator to join them in their experienced team based in Rugby, working within a busy department, this role would suit an experienced Administrator with excellent communications and organisation skills. This is a permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday 08.00-4.00pm with some flexibility on hours. This role is due to start 2nd January.

Day to day duties will include the following:
Supporting the Supply, Purchasing and Delivery department
Producing reports and inventories as required
Co-ordinating forecasts and planning daily activities via a weekly production plan
Liaise with various departments regarding issues
Dealing with Logistics and Transport queries
Using SAP to create new labels
Managing the production plan to ensure it meets the relevant requirements
Ensure all graphics requirements and production tooling is approved and in place to meet current needs.

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
Ideally you will have previous experience within planning
Possess excellent Administrative skills
Have excellent attention to detail and be highly experienced
Be competent on Excel as creating and maintaining several spreadsheets
Ideally experienced in using SAP
Be PC Literate
Have excellent time management skills
