We are currently working with a leading Insurance Broker in the Worcester area who are looking to recruit a New Business Insurance Broker within the property team, The role is an entry level position therefore no Insurance experience is required although some office experience is desirable.
This is an excellent career opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a career within a niche market and grow within a busy sales environment. Full training will be provided and certified qualification after 2 years.
Salary: Basic + Commission
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
Day to Day duties will include the following:
•Call all new leads from the office
•Liaise with the adviser regarding outstanding information
•Liaise with lenders, advisers and clients.
•Recognise missing documentation
•Maintain advisers figure sheet
•Reply to emails
•Scan documents
•Accurately record all cases.

As a person you will need the following qualities & experience:
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and outlook
•Well-spoken with excellent knowledge of the English Language
•Confident telephone manner
•Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise and organise own workload
•Ability to work under extreme pressure to meet deadline
•Excellent attention to detail
•Highly organised
•Team player, flexible and keen to get involved in a number of different tasks
•Friendly and Polite with a positive nothing is too much trouble approach
•Self-motivated and able to work alone
•Committed to providing excellent customer service
