Day to day duties to include:
•Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone
•Promote products, services and/or charitable causes to potential customers
•Follow-up potential leads as and when necessary for clients by email and phone
•Write, edit and adjust scripts and follow-up emails as necessary
•Keep spreadsheets, record and lead sheets up to date
•Proactively look for solution and new ways of approaching telemarketing for all clients
•Set and maintain targets for each client in terms of telemarketing
•Take responsibility for all telemarketing work produced and ensure high levels of attention to detail and quality
•To meet with clients on an occasional basis and to speak to them on the phone where necessary to develop a relationship with them
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
•Proven experience within a telemarketing role (1 year minimum)
•Organised and can work on own initiative
•Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages
It is essential that you have a driving license and have own transport.
