I am recruiting for a well-established company based in Stratford They are looking to expand their Customer Service Team. They are looking for a driven candidate to join their successful team. They are well known within their industry and locally. This is a permeant opportunity and ideally looking for someone to start immediately.

Day to Day duties will include the following:

•Maximising the return on collections accounts, whilst ensuring all customers are treated fairly throughout their journey
•Ensuring each customer receives the best possible customer experience
•Interacting with customers with honesty, integrity and professionalism
•Delivering effective solutions to the challenges our customers face
•Managing a diary of accounts on a daily basis
•Meeting compliance and regulatory standards at all times
•Achieving a collections team target each month
•Achieving SLA's for , Emails and Diary
•Online Live customer Chat


As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

Essential

•Experience in an administration /customer service role, preferably in a contact centre environment
•Good communication skills
•Attention to detail / articulate
•Strong written and numeracy skills.
•PC literate
•Ability to handle challenging situations effectively and adapt to given situations
•Ability to work within a constantly changing environment
•Ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team
•Ability to think outside of the box

Desired

•Experience in a Financial environment
•Proven track record of achieving targets in a TCF manner
•Knowledge of FCA Principle 6
•Knowledge acquired in a similar admin and collections support role

Job title: Project Administrator
Location:Redditch
Salary: 20,000 - 21,000 per annum (plus xmas bonus plus pension)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5:00pm, (30-minute lunch, 15min morning break & 15 min afternoon break)

Our client has been established for almost 20 years, specialising in the IT industry. They require a Project Administrator to join their team on a temporary with the view permanent basis. The role will be primarily client facing and the ideal candidate will be responsible for delivery of project co-ordination activities for customer business units on behalf of the client's business partners and will report to the projects team leader on a daily basis.

Day to Day duties will include the following:
•Single point of contact for day to day request activities/queries
•Provide service reporting
•Progress reporting
•Stock Management
•Monthly Billing
•Change management process
•Attend Governance meetings/conference calls
•Communications management
•Manage/Maintain service risks and issues
•Use English for all service communications
•Attend and produce reports for the service review meetings (on or offsite).


As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
•Computer literate with working knowledge of MS packages including Excel
•Excellent communications skills with good telephone manner
•Trustworthy
•Honest and reliable
•Organised
•Good timekeeping required
