Due to a mass expansion they are growing their team and are looking for candidates with drive and determination to progress internally with a fast moving company. •Respond efficiently and effectively to incoming customer calls
As a person you will need the following:
•No Estate Agency experience required but preferred.
•Ability to cross sell sales opportunities
•A strong communicator with excellent telephone and customer service skills
•Experience in a target driven environment
•Exceptional Customer Service
•Extremely organised and able to prioritise workloads.
•Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook
•Experience in a call centre environment desirable but not essential
•A keen desire to succeed and make a real difference

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis to join their team. The initial contract will be 6 months, with a view to extend.

Day to Day duties will include the following:
•Undertaking a range of financial management processes, including raising purchase orders, processing creditor invoices, raising debtor invoices, handling cash etc.
•Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
•Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors, Councillors
•Organising meetings including booking a venue, documentation, facilities, take and distribute minutes
