We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Operator to join an established team based in Birmingham.
Day to day duties will include the following:
•Taking inbound calls and dealing with all enquiries and queries
•Making outbound calls to customers
•Taking and placing orders and upselling where able
•Ensuring that all systems are updated to ensure swift delivery
•Problem solving to ensure the client is always happy
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
•Previous customer service experience
•Excellent telephone manner
•Confident approach and the ability to upsell is advantageous
