We are recruiting for an experienced Telesales/Appointment Maker to join an established team based in Birmingham.
Day to day duties will include the following:
•Calling potential clients to discuss services on offer
•Arranging appointments for the field sales team to attend
•Working to daily targets and ensuring these are met
•Generating leads and following through to appointment
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
•Have a confident telephone manner and solid communication skills and be able to communicate with confidence at all levels of business
•Thrive working under pressure and to daily targets
•Be comfortable making calls to businesses, handle objections and think creatively to overcome rejections
•Build strong relationships with customers over the phone and the sales team
