Job title: Sales & Marketing Administrator
Salary: 8.50-10ph dependent upon experienced
My client requires a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. There are opportunities to develop and grow within the position.
Day to Day duties will include the following:
* Confident in calling previous and existing customer base.
* You must beable to manage own time and workload. (Essential)
* Processing orders and customer quotations.
* Good understanding of social media posting and advertising
* Updating and maintaining the customer database.
* Mailing out Customer eshots.
* Picking up on Warm leads and where able book appointments for field sales team.
* Delivering excellent customer service and effective communication
* Inputting data onto in-house system
* Dealing with queries from customers and partners
* General administration
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
* Previous office experience (Essential)
* Excellent customer service (Essential)
* Accuracy (Essential)
* Must have full driving licence
* An interest in science (Desirable)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
