Job title: Receptionist
Location: Redditch
Salary: 7.83 per hour
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (30 minutes break each day)

Our client has been established for almost 20 years, specialising in the IT industry. They require a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary with the view permanent basis.

Day to day duties will include the following:
•Meeting & greeting
•Answering telephone / diverting calls
•General administration duties
•Cleanness of the Reception area and shop front
•Ordering lunches if required for a meeting
•Prepare visitor timesheets
•Booking meeting rooms
•Checking visitor's ID at arrival
•Filter any unwanted calls

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

•Excellent Customer Service skills
•Confident on the Telephone
•Approachable & friendly
•Previous reception experience
