Service Coordinator

I am currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join a well-established company based in Redditch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join them who has experience in a similar role.

Day to day duties will include the following:
•Answer incoming calls
•Log jobs via our client's system and add quotes appropriately
•Co-ordinate the engineers
•Send quotations to customers
•Clear engineer's jobs on our system
•Book services in with customers to suit their requirements
•Regularly updating the job record
•Ensure accuracy of departmental computer database

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
•Have experience in a similar role
•Good computer skills
•Excellent verbal skills
