Customer Account Manager
Stratford upon Avon
16,000 + Uncapped commission
Hours: various Shifts available (Revolving around Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm)

I am currently recruiting for a well-established company based in the heart of Stratford upon Avon. We are recruiting for various Customer Account Managers to join this rapidly growing business. They offer a fantastic work carer

Day to day duties will include the following:
•Maximising the return on collections accounts, whilst ensuring all customers are treated fairly
•Ensuring each customer receives the best possible customer experience
•Interacting with customers with honesty, integrity and professionalism
•Delivering effective solutions
•Meeting compliance and regulatory standards always
•Achieving a collections target per month
•Achieving set call targets including dialler use

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
•Strong communication skills
•Ability to build rapport with a variety of different customers
•Knowledge of FCA principle 6
•Negotiation skills
•Objection handling skills
