We are currently recruiting for several Customer Service/Payment Negotiators to join our client on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join a rapidly growing business, based within the heart of Stratford upon Avon, these roles are to start immediately. If you excel in offering Customers a first-class customer experience either face to face or on the phone, then we would love to hear from you!
Day to day duties will include the following:
• Maximising the return on collections accounts, whilst ensuring all customers are treated fairly
• Ensuring each customer receives the best possible customer experience over the phone and via email.
• Interacting with customers with honesty, integrity and professionalism
• Delivering effective solutions
• Meeting compliance and regulatory standards always
• Achieving a collections target per month
• Achieving set call targets including dialler use

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with a variety of different customers
• Knowledge of FCA principle 6 - desired
• Negotiation skills
• Objection handling skills

• Uncapped commission
• Pension scheme
• Immediate starts
• Ability to offer part time hours if needed
