Monday - Friday 08.00-5.00pm

Job Description

My client based in Warwick is recruiting for an Operations Co-ordinator to join their team asap.
Working for a Global Retail systems company, this role would suit someone with a strong Customer Service background whether this has been exercised face to face or over the phone. This is a temporary to permanent role, working Monday to Friday 08.00-5.00pm. In order to fully grasp the role and the duties involved, the successful Candidate will attend training at their Head Office, along with joining one of the Technicians on the role for a few days to understand the process from start to finish.


Day to Day Duties

•Receiving calls from Customers regarding their order requirements.
•Respond, despatch and close calls in line with customer SLAs.
•Manage all customer reporting and billing preparation using SAP
•Liaise with the Warehouse Manager regarding the provision of additional labour resource
•Liaise with customers, Account Managers and Client Leads to manage stock reordering, projects and special requests.
•Coordinate with internal departments to plan and arrange delivery and installation teams where required.
•The role may include significant physical activity including picking, packing and building. (No heavy lifting)
•Follow and encourage company health and safety best practice.
•Work to continuously improve processes and efficiencies.


Essential

•Previous customer service experience along with knowledge of warehouse and/or stores environment
•Sound Excel and MS Office, SAP experience would be beneficial
•Working knowledge of ERP and WMS applications
•Confident ability to communicate at all levels via telephone, face to face and by email.
•Ability to work independently and manage your own workload and priorities
•Possess excellent attention to details and be a team player
