We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist/administrator to work within our Coventry office. This is a temporary position with a view to it going permanent for the right person.

Day to day duties will include the following:
• Reception cover
• Meeting and greeting candidates/clients
• Answering the phones, fielding calls and taking messages
• Administration duties to include extensive data entry
• Signing in/out of visitors
• Opening and distributing the post
• Dealing with email correspondence

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
• Previous experience within a busy reception role is required
• Pervious knowledge of recruitment would be advantageous but not essential
• Previous administration experience with strong data entry experience (test required)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Well presented as you are the face of the company

My Client have a current vacancy within their busy and expanding Healthcare Department for an experienced Export Administrator.
Role:
This opportunity has arisen in response to growing demand and opportunities on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have full understanding of raising export documents including letters of credit, handling payments, booking of shipments, liaising with the Production Department, overseas customers and Chamber of Commerce or other regulatory departments.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
•I.T systems such as 'Exportmaster'.
•Raising and completing Invoices.
•Complete shipping paperwork and monitor shipment progress and ensure relevant paperwork is sent to the customer. Liaise with the Accounts Department to manage the credit limit in place with our customer and request payment when required.
•Liaising with International distributors via both email and telephone.
•Converting LC payments.
•Maintain and develop customer records and databases.
•Negotiate with freight forwarders to ensure best rates are achieved.
•Dealing with sea, air and land freight.
•Liaising with internal production to ensure dispatch deadlines are met.
•To work with the Chamber of Commerce and other bodies for legalisation of documents.
•Record any customer complaints using the Quality Incident Reporting system, process and ensure these are followed with the relevant report.
The candidate will be required to have:
•A self-starting attitude with an innovative approach to working practices.
•Professional and clear communication skills.
•A basic understanding of hygiene products - preferably within Agricultural Industry.
•Good commercial acumen.
•An ambitious, competitive and energetic attitude.
•Proficient IT skills. Including Microsoft word and excel.
•Freight (air, land and sea) admin experience.
•Full understanding of international trade.
•Understanding of ADR and CLP regulations.
Desirable attributes:
•Ability to speak Spanish and or French.
•Experience in the exporting of hazardous chemicals
•Understanding of healthcare industry (veterinary, agricultural and janitorial) Would be advantageous but not essential.

My client is recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Account Advisor on a fixed term 12 month contract.

•Processing of customer orders and ensuring these are correctly monitored
•Using the in house system to make sure orders can be secured
•Processing transactions and ensuring accounting system is correctly maintained
•Data processing and reconciling stock counts etc.
•Maintaining of contract prices - ensuring that clients are kept informed of increases
•Problem solving, dealing with issues that arise so these are not escalated

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
•Computer literature:- Word, Excel, Powerpoint and inhouse system
•Excellent attention to detail
•Previous experience within a customer service/account management role
•Numerate with analytical abilities
•Ability to work to tight deadlines and ensure these are met
•Ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
