An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing secretary to join a well-established law firm where you will provide key assistance to the conveyancing department.
This vacancy is a great opportunity to join a firm that can offer both excellent working conditions and a fantastic benefit package. You will need to be able to assist with a varied caseload and undertake any or all aspects of the conveyancing process.
Day to day duties will include the following:
•Supporting the department with Conveyancing duties
•Answering the phones and dealing with queries
•Typing up of correspondence, documents, reports and letters
•Liaising with Clients over the phone and face to face
•Updating client records
•Managing a busy workload
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
•Previous Conveyancing Secretarial experience
•An excellent accurate typing speed
•Excellent administrative skills
•Professional phone manner
•Used to working to tight deadlines
