Accounts Administrator

I am looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join an exciting company in Bromsgrove who are rapidly growing. This position can offer a long career with great benefits. They have smart new offices in the Bromsgrove area and provide free parking. The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support the Accounts Department.

Day to day duties will include the following:
• Update and maintain the database to ensure accurate timesheet billing for temporary employees
• Providing summary timesheets in Excel (collating the data from weekly timesheet and weekly schedule for agency staff)
• Sending summaries to customers for authorisation
• Raising invoices in excel spreadsheets
• Uploading invoices on to the factoring company's website
• Sending copies of invoices to clients, factoring company and filing of invoices internally
• Finding solutions to invoice queries
• Liaising with Financial Controller to insure the weekly invoicing process is up to date
• Working on a system called Pegasus
• Act as credit control liaison with the factoring company

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
• Will need to be computer literate, numerate and accurate
• Must be able to work well as part of a team and willing to assist other team members when needed
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Must be able to work to deadlines and prioritise own work load

• Liaising with other departments/warehouse regarding despatching of orders
• Logging customer cases
