Job Title: Customer Account Manager
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Full/Part Time: Full Time, various shifts available (revolving around Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm)
Salary & Benefits: Up to 20,000 per annum (dependant on experience) + performance related bonus and benefits.

Our Client are an award-winning financial services company. We are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Account Managers to join their ever-expanding operation on a permanent basis.
They specialise in all aspects of financial recoveries and contact centre based activities working across a number of sectors including Banking and Financial, Utilities, Telecoms, Insurance, Private Health Care and Commercial Debt.

The main role and responsibilities of our Customer Account Managers includes:
• Ensuring each customer receives the best possible experience whilst delivering effective solutions to the challenges our customers face;
• Interacting with customers in an empathetic and professional manner;
• Meeting compliance and regulatory standards at all times;
• Working towards and achieving monthly set targets.

Reporting to the Floor Manager, the successful candidate should be experienced in:
• Delivering a high standard of customer service;
• Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Building a rapport with a variety of different customers;
• Handling challenging situations effectively.

Job Description;
E solutions receive up to 500 emails per days via our Website or from the back of our letters calls, Texts and Emails. The emails we receive range from Offer or repayments to Query's, Disputes and Complaints. It is E solutions job to ensure we are responding to our valued customers setting up repayment plans within the lines of the clients specifications, answering there query's, disputes and complaints with the given time line with the intention of turning these into offers of repayments.
• Online Live Chat via our Website, again this is the same principle but we will be speaking with our customer live.
• Maintain and actioning of your own Diary, following up any offers of repayment, defaults, card payment, Full and Final settlements to maximise cash collections
• Ensuring your audits maiming the company's and clients standards
• Adhering to given SLA's to remain in line with our client
• Mainlining a professional manner and attitude, providing the best customer service
• Achieving teams KPI's and Cash targets
• Dealing with Vulnerable customers on a daily basis providing the best support and experience for the customer

to provide excellent Customer service and Account Management for our customers and clients within a targeted environment. Attention to detail is key, ensuring work is accurate, completed within SLA and we remain fully compliant.
Duties include:
• Open post, scanning and distribute work to different departs by email internal post.
• Daily Banking - sorting post/updating cheques on account and complete an excel spreadsheet/send to finance for reconciliation then take payments to bank. Collect post from previous office weekly and do the same.
• Inputting client data via spreadsheets, Maintain and update records on the company's in house system, in line with policy and procedure ensuring within SLA.
• General filing and Shredding confidential information
• Ad-hoc duties supporting other operational teams where necessary or appropriate. I.e. may be required to Support Esolutions general emails answering queries/sending reply's via outlook:
