We are currently recruiting for several Customer Service/Payment Negotiators to join our client on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join a rapidly growing business, based within the heart of Stratford upon Avon, these roles are to start immediately. If you excel in offering Customers a first-class customer experience either face to face or on the phone, then we would love to hear from you!
Day to day duties will include the following:
• Maximising the return on collections accounts, whilst ensuring all customers are treated fairly
• Ensuring each customer receives the best possible customer experience over the phone and via email.
• Interacting with customers with honesty, integrity and professionalism
• Delivering effective solutions
• Meeting compliance and regulatory standards always
• Achieving a collections target per month
• Achieving set call targets including dialler use

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with a variety of different customers
• Knowledge of FCA principle 6 - desired
• Negotiation skills
• Objection handling skills

I am currently recruiting for a well-established company based in Atherstone on Stour. They are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join their rapidly growing company.

Main Duties

• Carry out daily administrative tasks relating to hourly paid operations staff as required by the operations ensuring that all administration remains filed up to date and accurate
• Generate operational KPIs and produce data, daily, weekly and periodically as required
• Hold H&S inductions and assist in investigations ensuring that company staff are aware of scheduling and that all logistical requirements are met
• Update all training and personal records and make them available for any customer or third-party auditor as required
• Regularly review and update training materials to meet the needs of the operation
• Support the line manager with ad hoc daily duties as required

Qualities and Experience

• Able to work accurately, with attention to detail
• Able to work independently & unsupervised when necessary.
• IT literate in MS applications including Word & Excel
• High organisational skills required.
• Role does occasionally include some Lifting/Manual Handling.
