Working within a busy logistics department for a leading online retailer. They are seeking an individual who can offer data entry and administrative support on a daily basis.

Day to day duties will include the following:
• Processing of workers hours - using Excel
• Dealing with Logistics and Warehouse Manager to query hours
• Any other administration duties as appropriate

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
• Excellent Excel skills - including Pivot Tables
• Excellent communicator
• Organised with strong time management skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• A 'can do' attitude
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving skills

• Answering the phones
• Dealing with customer queries
• Entering sales orders onto an internal system
• Liaising with other departments/warehouse regarding despatching of orders
• Logging customer cases
• Liaising with carries
• Updating systems
• Carrying out general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing


As a person you will need the following experience & Qualities:

• Have previous Customer service experience
• Used to handling customer enquiries
• Have competent computer skills
• Be organised
• Have excellent communication skills

In return you will be given full training on their systems, processes/products and other departments to show you how it all fits together.

16,000 - 20,000 depending on experience + commission. If you excel in offering Customers a first class customer service either face to face or on the phone, then we would love to hear from you! Credit Control/Payment Neogitation experience is diserable.


Hours: Various Shifts available (Revolving around Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm)


We are currently recruiting for several Customer Account Managers to join our client on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join a rapidly growing business, based within the heart of Stratford upon Avon, these roles are to start immediately.





Day to day duties will include the following:
. Maximising the return on collections accounts, whilst ensuring all customers are treated fairly
. Ensuring each customer receives the best possible customer experience over the phone and via email.
. Interacting with customers with honesty, integrity and professionalism
. Delivering effective solutions
. Meeting compliance and regulatory standards always
. Achieving a collections target per month
. Achieving set call targets including dialler use

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
. Strong communication skills
. Ability to build rapport with a variety of different customers
. Knowledge of FCA principle 6 - desired
. Negotiation skills
. Objection handling skills
